WORKPLACE MENTORING • ONBOARDING • YOUNG STAFF RETENTION

Develop confident young staff. Build a workplace they want to stay in.

Confidence in Mentoring helps managers improve onboarding, mentoring and everyday workplace systems so young staff can grow in confidence, contribute sooner and become more independent.

Young staff aren’t loyal.
At least, that’s how it can feel.

You invest time in hiring, training and supporting someone, only for them to stop communicating, need constant reminders, and then prematurely resign. What looks like a loyalty problem can begin with unclear expectations, inconsistent onboarding and too little support.

CONSTANT DEPENDENCE
